Are the therapists licensed?

Can I stick to one therapist?
You are assigned a therapist when you register but if at any point you decide you need another therapist, please call our toll-free line and request for a different therapist?
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
You do not have to schedule your first appointment. Depending on the schedule you decide on with your therapist, subsequent sessions will be scheduled.
Are sessions private?

How often can I talk to a psychologist in a month?
The frequency of sessions will be determined during the first session but for emergency cases, you can reach your therapist whenever.
